Excellent, maybe some slight tweaking.

I bought this about a month ago, and I am overall happy with it.
I wanted a smartwatch that didn't have the typical look of a black shape on my wrist, and Garmin delivered! While I do have small wrists (see attached), this isn't much of a bother since the size isn't outlandish. The steps, heart rate, and everything else seem accurate.
The body battery and stress icons are very similar, enough so that I'm still confused if I don't tap and see the clarification. I also take two stimulant medications, and I believe that they are the reason why I am listed as being stressed nearly 16 hours a day!
I am still learning all the functions and dials, but I am getting better at it. A lot of my complaints will resolve with time, which is why I'm not listing them here. There is a learning curve.
I did see some complaints online about how Apple, for instance, is much more encouraging than the Garmin Connect app. I personally don't really mind it, as I like how straightforward the app is with its analyses and functions. If you like more of a pep talk with your results, you might choose something else. I have had no glitches or app malfunctions either, which I greatly appreciate.
The battery life is excellent and I have gotten nothing less than 5 or so days per full charge. The charger they sent with my watch is a type-C, which fits my phone. I actually prefer the clamp style, because I can simply clamp it on and plug it into my phone. I don't lose any data, and it stays on my wrist for the whole process.
A major reason why I chose the watch was the durability. I'm not someone who climbs Everest or is into parkour, so I wasn't concerned about smashing it, but the swim rating (you can do scuba diving!) and water resistance were both major factors. I took it with me on vacation and it did fantastic recording data while I was swimming and doing other activities.
If I had one major complaint, it would be the standard band. The silicone is, of course, not breathable, and if you're not aware of it, it will trap moisture against your skin. I work in a medical setting and regularly sanitize/wash my hands, so I do have to be mindful. It is not particularly comfortable to wear snug gloves over, as it tends to press further into skin. But, those problems are fixable with a different band (ordering metal soon!) and just being careful.
Overall, an enjoyable watch.

Bought this the Trend! To replace my old vivosmart watch that broke. This one has great new features and an improved display! My only reason for not full 5 starts is it is larger than my old watch.

Style

I truly love the style of my Garmin vívomove Trend. As someone approaching 50, I really appreciate that I can wear this with dress clothes for work but still stay active with it. It’s the perfect blend of fashion and function.
My only real complaint is the screen; I wish it were a bit clearer or brighter. My vision isn't what it used to be, and I sometimes have difficulty seeing the display clearly. It also took a little while to learn the interface it wasn't the easiest to pick up at first, but I’m getting used to it now. Despite the screen and the learning curve, I am really happy with this watch because it looks so good

Gorgeous Champaign Color Garmin Watch is Elegant
on January 18, 2026

I love my new gorgeous champaign color watch from Garmin. I have been an apple watch wearer my entire life, I had their very first version. For that reason, I was hesitant to try the Garmin. Since I have always had a problem with the battery life of the apple watch and really wanted to separate from my phone and focus more on fitness, I purchased this one for me and the higher tech model (Forerunner 970) for my son.
I love the watch. It is elegant, a really beautiful watch that seemlessly transitions from daily business wear to fancy dress which is surprising because the band is a synthetic so I did not expect it to be a wear-anywhere kind of watch. I love how it looks like a normal faced watch but when you raise it to look at the face, several of the options I want to see--steps, BP, weather--are on the customizable face. There are lots of different ways to track health and sleep. I love the body battery score, too, which tracks how tired you are in the day so you can take time to ramp up rest or be ok to give it one last energy boost of activity. The only reason this version is not a 5 star is because of two things: one is the charger. It keeps an incredible charge, I mean a really long time almost a week, but the actual charging mechanism is bad. It's hard to ensure that it's actually connected, so if you let the battery run all the way down to nothing, you have to stand around the charger for a while to make sure it is connected. The chord it uses too is only for this device. It would have been nice if it was not such an exclusive charger because I always have to travel with this exact charger and I envision losing it soon and having to order another one. The second reason it is not a 5 is because of all the other features available to the other watches that are not available to this watch because of it's style. Also, as a primarily apple user, I do wish there were more instruction videos on the Garmin website (or even YouTube) that you can find to understand all the features. It takes a bit to learn to use.
