The only thing I have to get used to is connecting the two speakers together every time after turning them back on… A system update would be great. Light effects are a bonus, the speakers are crisp, clear, and have a deep, full sound.

I've been using it in and out of the house for about a week and it's everything I want in a portable speaker.
I've been using it in and out of the house for about a week and it's everything I want in a portable speaker.
The speaker connects via bluetooth or the aux cable port hidden in the back. The bluetooth connection was fast and I installed the LG app for additional functionality like adjusting the levels and controlling the lights.
The speaker charges by USB C (cord included, charging brick not included) and a full charge can last up to 24 hours (if you don't use the lights). The unit comes with a strap that attached to the back of the unit and can be carried or hung up.
The sound is incredible and booming. I can put the volume up to half and it fills my room with incredible rich sounds. The levels can be adjusted manually in the LG app.
I brought the speaker to the beach and also to the gym with me. It's a rugged unit and construction quality is amazing. It is dust and splash resistant and I didn't have to worry about it.
I highly recommend the LG Xboom 360 to anyone that wants a portable rugged speaker that they can bring out or keep with them inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a speaker system in my garage for a couple years. It's a few different speakers that link together. I was skeptical how this one would work compared to those. I put this towards the center of my garage and hooked it up to some music. I was amazed at how much this one speaker could fill the sound in the entire garage. It sounded better than my multiple speaker system. It really filled the whole garage with a crisp clear sound the base wasn't too heavy and it didn't really echo off the walls as I expected it to. If I didn't know where the speaker exactly was I would think it was providing multiple speakers surround system. It also has a nice option that a strap hooks up to it and it's portable the battery seems to last a good 6 hours on it with music. The LED flashing light on the top is a nice touch seems to try to move the music but hasn't perfected it yet but you can turn that off it's just mesmerizing to look at. All in all I would recommend the speaker for room up to 1200 square feet. I have not tried it outdoors yet but for my applications it works great and I can take it with me easily.

I clicked and added it. Powered right up and clicked on my music app and hit play and there it went. It was really interesting how the lighting worked with the music. It really made it more relaxing in a way. I used it in the living room of the house and it filled up the whole room with sound even though I had it more towards the corner. Its not heavy either for its size. The sound quality is great. You can also turn the lights on the speaker off if its too distracting. I think its really a great speaker for portability and ease of use. I would recommend this to friends and family.
