Unable to buy toddler rail

Great crib, but the whole idea behind buying it was that it converted into our child’s needs but we are unable to find the toddler rail anywhere. If we would have known 5th is we wouldn’t have purchased it.

So mad about conversion kit

As others have said the conversion kit is not available. I can’t tell you how angry I am listening to my son cry because he is falling out of his bed. I had no option but to take the whole rail off because he is climbing out.

This crib works great as a crib. Unfortunately as others have said, the conversion kit is not available. It is very disappointing that this only lasted us two years.

Great crib but...

We bought this crib in 2020 and have loved it since. The storage feature is perfect for extra bedding! We're getting close to the time to convert into a toddler bed but I can't seem to find a conversion kit anywhere! I'm mad at myself for not doing the research ahead of time but who would of thought it would be so hard to find a conversion kit when the ad clearly states convertible.. that was the whole selling feature.

Disappointed in “convertible” feature

This was a great crib until it was time to convert to a toddler bed. We now do not have a safe sleeping space for our toddler, because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find the toddler rail!! So mad we spent so much money on a crib that does not live up to our expectation to last through the toddler years. We are very disappointed and scrambling to find a safe sleeping space for our toddler now.

Has been fantastic for the little guy. Love the adjustment for the height of the base big help on back relief. The main issue is getting ahold of the toddler conversion kit. It is nowhere to be found thru out all the retailer authorized to sell this product. This is a huge hassle and disappointment. It's not even on their site for parts on this unit. Would love to get help on acquiring this conversion as this has been a quality product up until this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this crib for my first born and it’s so easy to set up. I didn’t even need anyone’s help. I love the drawer at the bottom. Perfect for extra sheets.
