Child safety risk

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought this less than a year ago and all was well until I needed to lower the bed. Found out when I tried to that the bolts will not separate but instead the entire thing screws out of the wood and strips it. Additionally, the metal is so cheap that it will bend and shave off when trying to get the bolt to separate from the casing. Called Graco and they won't do anything about because it's made by storkcraft. But they sold it! It has their logo on the crib! Everything says Graco. But as soon as it failed and put my child at risk because I can't lower the bed, than it's not Graco it's storkcraft. Deceitful. Don't buy.

A major part of the crib was not pre-drilled correctly. I have never had this happen and anytime I see reviews like this, I ignore it, but there’s a first for everything. Haven’t been able to put it together yet. Nothing is happening unless we call. We submitted a claim and we still have to call at least once a week for the process to keep moving. Super annoying.

Loved the crib, little guy is getting close to needing a toddler bed and finding the conversion kit is impossible. It shouldn't be this difficult.

We had no issues with the crib. However, appears to be falsely advertised as we cannot find the convertible kit to transition to a toddler bed.

I bought this about a month ago and put it together the particle board is cracked for the drawers and the quality is horrible for the price you pay for the items

Nice Crib

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife's father and mother bought us this crib for our first baby. It looks pretty nice, and I am looking forward to using it after our child is born. The only thing I would say is you have to buy additional supplies to convert it even though it says "4-in-1"

Love the crib, but miss the kits

I bought this over 2 years ago! Love the crib, but hard to find the conversion kits for this product. We have been looking to convert this crib into the toddler bed, so our baby doesn’t climb over the crib part and get hurt. Having a most difficult time finding the proper conversion kits easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
