Love the sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down. These Plantronics RIG 500 HS are the best PS gaming headset I ever owned. Very comfortable and clear sound, mic is flexible and you can move closer to you mouth, easy to mute mic by flipping it up and has great nose-canceling. I would buy and recommend these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the go to mid range headset no matter what system you are playing on works perfectly if you playing on switch,PC,Xbox or playstation 4 and 5 also it's great that in includes both dolby Atmos and 3D audio so your getting the best sound possible for the newest consoles. I love how comfortable this headset is especially since I have large ears and find it hard to get a comfortable set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built strong and sterdy, super light weight you can't even notice that you are wearing it. Really comfortable and cuffs yours whole ears for really good comfort. I switch between my Xbox and pc all I have to do it plug the cord in and it's ready. The sound is amazing you can hear footsteps really good, for csgo, call of duty, and pubg. Can't go wrong with this headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad this gamer headset is PC compatible and has a 3.5 mm plug in. My boyfriend tested it out on his computer with a few games and said the sound quality is great. I also was able to test it on my iPhone by listening to music and I also love the quality of sound. My boyfriend says it is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. We currently don’t play any games to test the mic but my boyfriend says it will come in handy when he starts doing podcasts. His only concern for improvement would be for a longer cable since he has to plug in the cable to the back of his computer. Overall this is an excellent product!

She did say she was going to get another one. They play there play station non stop. Especially when there out of school on snow days. They picked right upon how to use it. Kids now days automatically know all about technology. They have had to teach me things on my phone! This is a great product that’s very well made.

Friends always told me about RIG headsets and how great they were … but it wasn’t until I experienced them on my own that I could say Wow ! I can hear things I never heard before, the base is amazing, mic is crisp and clear, and they are extremely comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Received the 500 Pro HSG Gen2 head phones about 2 weeks ago they are quality head phones. they have adjustable ear pieces but are tricky to adjust, the microphone folds up to mute, they have a great clean sound. The volume control cant control microphone by it self it controls both volumes for ear pice and microphone, it hooks to game controllers and can use it on my Phone PC and Tablet directions are basic and to the point. Overall very happy with them

Comfortable headset with solid sound performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RIG-500 Pro HX Gen 2 headset is comfortable and one can easily get lost and immersed into a game before realizing that the headset was on all the time! It is a seamless experience and you do not feel any weight. The fit can be customized to your liking without making it uncomfortable. The metal headband should handle quite a bit of wear and tear and some rough handling without worries. At the same time, it is not bulky. The earcups are just the right size and help block out quite a lot of the outside noise. Adjusting the headset involves taking out the ear cup and physically reslotting into the slot up or down. But you once you have this set to your liking, you will not need to mess with it again. Sliding adjustment mechanisms are easier but they bring their own issues.
The sound quality while good is a bit on lower side of volume. This was surprising. I had to bump up the sound level on the source and then use the sliding sound adjustment on the connecting flat wire to get the sound to a level I wanted. The microphone is detachable and flexible which works to your needs and advantage. The flat cable is a nice touch and helps reduce tangling. I wish the cable was a bit longer though. For handset games, the length is reasonable but for connecting to a PC/laptop, it certainly needs to be longer. Very easy to setup and use. Comfortable, not bulky and solid sound. Overall, a good headset that will get you lost and enjoying your games.
