Great Headset

It is actually what I was looking for while gaming and could not be more pleased with it. It isn’t too bulky like some other ones and is hardly noticeable while playing.

While this is a headset that is not wireless, the cable length is the perfect size and does not interfere with gaming. The microphone offers a clear, sharp sound with a size that works for most. Overall a great value that will work with many gaming platforms or even a Zoom meeting.

Great quality headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the RIG 500 PRO HC_HX GEN 2 Competitive gaming headset. This headset is universal and works with multiple gaming systems. The headset is black in color. Headset has a 3.5 mm analog connector. The headset has a metal headband and self adjusting head strap. I like the self adjusting head strap no need to do anything to fit. However the metal headband seems weak and might be easily bent. The headset as a whole is lightweight. The ear cups are nice. There is three different spots you can move them for different sizes. It's very easy to move the cushions up or down. Just pull and push into the spot needed. The ear cushions are soft and fairly thick. I'd say the headphones block most of the outside sound but not 100%. I liked the fact my ears did not get to warm when using. The sound quality is great. The mic is great. It detaches and moves up and down with ease. There is only one way the detachable mic can be connected. But not a big deal. The headset is not wireless but the cord is plenty long for game play. There is a volume switch on cord and is very easy to adjust. But the volume switch feels cheap. Overall good quality headset that I'm sure many would enjoy using.

Great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son needed a replacement headset after his previous one broke. I am really glad I chose this headset. The sound quality is great, cord is long, mic is movable if he is just using it for music on his phone. Will purchase again if/when needed.

They are much more bulky than the average over the eat headphones and kind of heavy which caused headaches. Maybe just need time to adjust to the size/weight of the material. They do not cancel out noises but the sound is very clear. They are not the worst I have used but definitely could use a little more detail work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked at how comfortable these are. The sound pretty good too. I really like the elastic band along the top that creates a secure but comfortable fit.
The only problem I have is the cable is too short. It won't reach around to my PC input. Plus, I don't have an input that will allow the use of a microphone as well, so I couldn't test that
