[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is simply a really good head set. It works really well for talking to other players on my Xbox series S and computer. It also works with my cell phone. However I can not figure out how to mute it or even it there is a mute option on it. But Other then that it’s a very well made headset and it’s high Quality. I give it a B.

Nice headphones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first tried these out, I thought they were really comfortable. They do help with sound canceling when I am gaming. They are light and not heavy to wear. The cushions on the ears and the bit where they sit on top of my head are very nice. I do wear glasses, so after a while they feel uncomfortable where my glasses sit behind my ears. I feel like the cord should be longer because I tend to forget that I am wearing them, so I get up and disconnect them and I'm worried that might break them in the long run.

I picked up the 500 HS… and they are fine, the headset itself work great. However, this is the second rig I’ve bought and both times the cable has been super short. You better hope that you are hooking it to anything longer than arms reach, for instance a PC, or anything else besides a controller. My last gripe is that I only had to replace my first pair, because the support for replacing ear pads is really poor. So great product… just send a longer cable and make parts findable. Support your product.

New favorite gaming headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a gamer, I always use a headset when I play. This RIG 500 PRO was easy to connect to my Xbox and had an easy setup. The sound quality is great and I had no problems hearing anyone through any game I was playing. Volume and mic controls are easy to use. Definitely a great headset

Would definitely recommend it to my fellow gaming peers. It also can be used for listening to music, watching movies etc.
