Great headset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this headset! The ears are super comfortable, and the headband is adjustable. I don't know much about sound quality, but they sound great for my purposes and the volume range is good. It works on both my Switch and PC. I also like being able to mute by putting the mic up - the mic is also detachable if not needed, which is nice for wearing these in more public places.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is very easy to use and set up. The sound quality is very good. The downfall on this product is that it doesn't cancel out nioses. Other than that, it is a very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RIG 500 pro HC Gen 2 is a good overall headset. The controls are simple, plus or minus on the cord for louder or quieter and flip up to mute mic, flip down to use. My voice quality is excellent on the mic, but other people's voices have a slight tin can quality to the sound. The headphones are comfortable to wear for as long as needed and simple to adjust to different head sizes. All in all a well rounded headset.
