[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great gaming headset for our families PlayStation 4. The headset is very comfortable and the sound quality is very good. The band that sits on top of the head adds to the comfort level and prevents it from sliding around on your head. The ear cups are soft and don’t cause ears to ache even after long gaming sessions.
The only slight con is the arm of the mic. I would prefer it to be on the side of the headphone and further off the side of my face.
All in all very pleased!

Great! But could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how comfortable this headset is to game with although it is rather big and bulky. I do wish it had better and a higher level of clarity when it comes to sound from game play but it does contrast gameplay from music. Overall, this is by far the best headset I have used to date and I have tried a few. This one could be a little better but still great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so hard to find a comfortable gaming headset that also is light weight and sounds great. The RIG 500 PRO HC GEN 2 checkmarks all of those things. It has become my goto gaming headset. The sound quality is top notch. This is due to the high quality construction of the headset and the inclusion of Dolby Atmos. This is not something you find in a headset at this price point. Dolby Atmos makes sounds seem so natural and the RIG 500 PRO HC GEN 2 makes it affordable. The cushions on the ear drums are comfortable and breathable. I have not had any problem with sweat in the multi hour gaming sessions I have use the RIG 500. The inline volume control is easy to use and players heard me very clearly with the high quality mic. I highly recommend the RIG 500 PRO HC GEN 2 for anyone looking for an affordable, high quality gaming headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are such an amazing product! Come in packaged amazing so that you couldn't tell the item and so that nothing was damaged! Took out of box and tried them out. They sound amazing and also work great. Super easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My gamer teen loves these. Using with a PS4- nice noise cancelling. Also, just plugged in and used right away, no set up or downloading or pairing required. Been using for a couple weeks and no issues with sound or anything breaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 500 Pro gaming head set does work with ps5 and ps4. When my boyfriend saw them he got so happy and excited. He opened them right away and put them on and he immediately said that they were so comfortable on the ears. So fluffy and squishy. They sit on good. And you can hear the other players well. The microphone on the headphones also works good.

Great quality headset, very comfortable to wear for an extended time. I can never go back to the tinny sounding, flimsy earphones I had before. I'm such a fan, I've told my friends and family already!
