I want a case!!!

Controller works as expected. No problems and great quality. My issue is there are no carrying cases. You make cases as a 3rd party, pkease take the time to make a case for your own products.

Lack Of Customization Software Is a Bust!

First, the controller itself is excellent... BUT... there is no way to customize it! No software for either mobile or pc that will allow you to customize this controller for the games you play. For example, I play Minecraft. Having L/R trigger sensitivity is very annoying in game because it causes you to place or destroy multiple blocks every time. FRUSTRATING! So I thought, I'll bet I can just turn off the trigger sensitivity, because virtually EVERY controller comes with customization features. I WAS VERY WRONG. There is no software available for adjusting this controllers settings. You are stuck with what you get out of box. That is an epic failure for such an amazing controller. If they would supply a customization software for this controller, I dare say it would be perfect. because of this huge error, I cannot even recommend this to friends. What a let down. If you were to provide a way to customize this controller, I would be happy to change my rating.

Works great. Excellent addition to my Galaxy fold 3. Two cons. 1. learned to be careful when I remove my phone. it back-springed and pinched the fat thumb of my palm. Made me bleed a little. 2. Don't tilt forward while playing the phone wants to fall out. No one uses my phone but me so It will be okay.

Tried a few phone controllers. So far this is by far the best one I have used. Only thing missing is a type c usb passthrough charging port
