Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product but honestly, this product needs a lot of improvement first off it doesn't get that cold nor stay cool for more than two minutes secondly it doesn't stick properly around the eyes. A few changes and this would be an amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to pretend that I’m having a spa experience when I use these. I don’t know if they have actually done anything to improve my skin, under eye darkness/circles, etc. but they feel kinda nice. I made the mistake of moisturizing my face and then putting them on; they didn’t stay in place very well. Even when I put them on before moisturizing, they still have a tendency to drop lower onto my cheek. I guess I just wish they were a little stickier to my face - put them on and forget about it for a few minutes, but instead I feel compelled to check them every minute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thoughts - the packaging was really difficult to open for me. I did love the compact size of the product, so I can see myself taking this on vacation. I travel a lot so I can just pop it into my carryon for a refreshed look. I've had bags under my eyes most of my life and I did see a difference with this product. It's similar to the effects of rubbing ice under your eyes except definitely not as cold! *I received this product for free from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review.

Compact, convenient, & cool!

I took it to a destination wedding event and used it to help my under eye area to look its best, it really improved the area. I love that the cooling masks are reusable, & I love the compact size of the cooling unit. Great idea, I plan on using this often & in combination with my other eye care treatments.
