Doesn't get cold enough and it is already giving me problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a great concept, but unfortunately the eye masks didn't get cold enough nor stay cold long enough. Maybe 2 minutes worth of chilliness. It is also already giving me trouble after one use. The red light keeps flashing and it won't charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love reusable products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the eye masks are reusable abs cold going on. It is easy to use and it takes just a few minutes for them to be ready to put on. The only downside I see is that I wish they would stay cooler for a longer period of time. But all in all I love them and have incorporated them into my morning routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this product. I use it every morning before I apply my makeup. My eyes are usually puffy when I wake up, it calms the puffiness down. The cooling sensation you get from it feels nice. The patches stick pretty good and don't slip.

I look so much better after i take it off. I use mine when i first wake up while I'm showering and getting dressed and it has changed my face so much

Not worth the effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very unnecessary product, and the results are not worth the time it took to set up. The machine takes 2-3 hours to charge when you get it, and then the pads that go under your eyes take another 5 minutes to cool. Once the pads are on your skin, they are warm within 2 minutes, and they do absolutely nothing. Save your money and just buy one of those eye masks that go in the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this, it's such a relief for tired and exhausted eyes. The case quickly cools the eye pads with a few minutes before use, it's almost the same feel as if they were in the refrigerator and the bonus is they're reusable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've always loved using the under eye gels. I was surprised by how cold the case was able to get the gels, especially right after being in a hit mailbox all day. We unpacked it and powered it up. Within minutes they were ice cold! I love that the case has a built in mirror to help with placement. Also that it is charge and go. The compact case makes it easy to toss in your bag for on the go. I think my teen and her friends loves this more than I do! Get a little too cold for me (I'm a whimp). It's crazy to me that it works so well!
