I received the SKN eye gels and have been using as instructed I charged for 3 hrs and Washed Pads before use. The machine does get cool fairly quick and is all really easy to use. I find that the gel pads are really sticky when putting them on. Once on they feel like they are falling off.
As for results, the cooling feels great I personally have been using about 2 weeks, I do not see a big difference. I have dark circles under eye. I find that removing the gel pads pulls at my delicate under eye area and that any benefit I get the pulling just reversed it

What a treat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try and review for free, and am so happy I was lucky enough to do so. I had never thought of how refreshing a cool eye mask would be until now. It only takes a few minutes to bring the silicone pads to a chilly temperature, and they feel so amazing on tired under-eyes. The cooling unit is USB type C rechargeable, and would be perfect for travel or in a car ride to a big event. I bet you can also use it to cool disposable treatment eye masks for a further boost to skincare.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Interesting concept for undereye gels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this product. The gels were cooled by the device and stayed cool much longer than I expected them to. The device isnt too big, but it does make some noise while in use.
I thought that there was too much pulling on my lower eye skin when removing the gels, but that is my only concern using these.
I usually just put my eye and face masks in the fridge for a similar experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best beauty find ever! It's like 8-hours of sleep on demand. I toss it in my gym bag, my purse, the cupholder of my car, my desk at work, etc. They gel eye patches cool in a flash. They stick fairly well (better after I cleaned them with alcohol wipes). They are so soothing.

Not pleased with product

Too Fiddly For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm about to turn 50 & have been focusing more on my skin care regime. I was excited to use the Coolbeanz Reusable Eye Masks until I opened the package.
1. This product only comes with a USB charging cord, it doesn't include a power supply/plug. This is super frustrating when big companies don't bother to include power supply plugs. I had to unplug another device to use the cooling device.
2. This may seem petty, but the instructions are in teeny tiny print & they're very long/involved in my opinion. I assumed this was strictly a plug & go device, but there's a bit more to it regarding how long it must charge, "how to" plug & unplug it, how to clean the gel masks, etc.
3. The instructions make it clear that the masks will not be super cold after sitting in the cooling device. They say that the masks will be the perfect temperature so they don't harm the delicate skin around the eyes. However, be warned that if you live somewhere hot you should use these in a cooled room (AC or fan). I found the eye masks to lose their coolness very quickly & that's the main feature. If they're not cool are they doing any good?
4. The cleaning requirement of these reusable masks is a little tedious. For me, I'd also clean the plastic holder & that just adds more time to the procedure. I don't know if others would clean theirs after every use, but I would.
5. I didn't really see any measurable improvement of my under eye area. Perhaps I don't have enough puffiness or dark circles to see a significant change. But I wasn't impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally did not use this as when I received it, for free to test, I had a sinus infection and my face needs heat. My boyfriend however, did use it and he had some dark circles under his eyes and it made him look so much better with each use.
