[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this a week ago. Right away I noticed a huge difference in my under eyes and the moisture in my skin. It instantly revives my tired eyes. I also get headaches regularly and it has even helped with that too. It's SO quick and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to set up (although you will need a charging block, it only comes with the cord). I use this every morning and feel so refreshed. The cooling function works and patches are comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad Conair kindly gave me this set of Coolbeanz reusabe eye gel masks for free so that I could review it. My honest opinion of this product is that it is great.
The case is a nice small size (about as big around as a cup and only several inches tall) that fits perfectly on my nightstand. It charges up so it doesn't have to stay plugged in which is really nice when you want to move it around or take it somewhere with you. I like to reach over and turn it on when I wake up. In a couple short minutes the masks are cooled. I apply and wear them while I'm waking up. They take care of my puffy eyes before I'm even out of bed plus the cool feel on my face is refreshing and helps me wake up easier.
The gel pads are soft and easily fit onto the face. They are a little bit thick but not hard to handle or wear. They stick well but they are easy to remove without pain and do not leave any stickiness or residue on the skin.
I can honestly say that I really love this product and am very happy I tried it. This has become one of my favorite things. It is a pleasant experience, I feel so pampered, and it is improving the appearance of my eye area. I recommend this product for anyone needing a little help with puffiness in the eye area who doesn't want the cost and headache of continually buying disposable masks.

Great idea for travel use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really thought I would love this product since it is portable and was said to quickly cool the eye patches. However, the Cool Beanz reusable gel eye masks by Conair didn't cool the eye patches enough. I tried it several times and compared it to my other eye masks that I cool in the refrigerator. Cool Beanz was not as cold and did not relieve the dark spots or depuff my tired eyes. This is a great idea but I did not find the execution was as good as I expected from a Conair product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's something about cooling this product that just changes the entire dynamic of winding down before bed, throwing these in the freezer before work has become apart of my daily routine, because I truly look forward to putting them under my eyes before bed every night. Love, love this product
