Hyundai is the parent company for Kia, and I understand the Ioniq 5 is the same platform for Kia EV6. Would the Lectron V2L work on the Kia EV6 too?

I read an article about a floating ground so I plugged in a power strip into the Lectron V2L adapter before I plugged the adapter into the Ioniq 6. I now have power. Pressed unlock on my key fob to remove adapter. Adapter remained in place. Unplugged power strip from adapter, pressed unlock on the key fob, V2L adapter was easily removed from the car. There are limited instructions that come with this adapter. Better instructions would be helpful. Since my Lectron V2L adapter now works, I have upgraded my star rating from 1 to 4 stars. For 5 stars the unit should work out of the box.
