Smooth & Comfortable yet lacking Windows Programs

My last laptop (not Samsung) lasted me about 8 years so my new Samsung is light years ahead of what i was using previously. Talk about smooth to set-up! The keyboard is quite comfortable and I appreciate the number pad and backlighting. It is also easy to connect my phone and get photos & docs off of it and upload music from my external hard drive.
The only cons: no CD/DVD drive (I rip all my CD's so I can upload them to my phone for crossfit and concert warm-up listening) and only 2 USB drives, super short charging cord, and apparently Windows 11 Home does not include use of Word, Excel, etc., so I have to purchase Windows365...not sure what that's all about yet definitely disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New machine but black screen

Bought this a month ago and now will not start. Black screen. Power supply and cable are all fine. No amount of resetting (holding down power for 20s) will work, reverts back to blue flashing power light and will not turn on. Online forums show this is a common problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
