if you're looking for a work laptop this is a great choice but the book4's gpu is way better than the book3's. If you want a samsung laptop, get the book4, not this garbage gpu

Excellent Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing laptop. Very high performance, amazing display, and great ecosystem. I like the idea of having a powerful machine that runs on windows and still connects seamlessly to other devices. I can quickly share files and images with my phone, access bluetooth devices, and switch to my galaxy buds. The only problem I have is the battery, which runs out very quickly, and I usually have to use it plugged in.

Best PC in the galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most PCs are the same but Samsung sets itself apart with its app suite. I prefer windows over Mac but don’t like most of Microsoft’s offerings apart from Office. Samsung’s apps take away the reliance on standard PC offerings from other companies.

Amazing laptop by Samsung!

This laptop is a beast! It can handle just about anything you throw at it. With 14 cores and 20 processors it is great for most tasks. Using it for gameplay is great as well with a nice 120ghz refresh rate on the screen. Battery life is anywhere from 5+1/2 hours to 7 hours with normal use. This is a premium laptop and looks and feels great to type with. I love that I can use my Samsung phone alongside this laptop with my other Samsung products. Using the PhoneLink feature is amazing as I can text or use my social sites directly with that so when I am working I don't miss anything and I can actually use all of the apps built into my phone with that or with Samsung Dex. Samsung has done a great thing with this laptop. The fan noise is also not a problem and is significantly less noisy than most laptops with normal use. Overall I gave a 4/5 stars as this is a near perfect laptop but I wish the batter would last a little longer but even with that it is still worth it to me and it is my daily use laptop.

It's been a great laptop for a little over a year. Very user friendly and I was happy with the performance. Unfortunately, after about a year, the buttons started wearing out.
First, the right 'Shift' button wore out, then the 'Enter' button and now, the left 'Shift' button is also wearing out. You have to hit several times and with some effort to get them to work. My laptop is less than 3 years old and I'm looking at replacing it :(
