Wow, I love this laptop! It's almost like it was created just for me... I edit a lot of photos in Lightroom and also am a pretty heavy Excel user. I've had plenty of problems in the past with computers not being able to keep up, but this one has no problems. It performs perfectly for my needs, and the hardware is so nice and such a joy to use. If I had any requests, it would be to add a USB C port on the right side of the laptop, and also if possible to rearrange the 10-key to be a little more of a traditional layout (I get it though, space issues). Be sure to opt for the highest level ultra as the ram is not user upgradeable (that would be a feature request too).

Bad first impression but fine enough I suppose

I bought this about 4 months ago. Right at the start up I ran into an issue where no application on the computer worked, just an instant crash. After managing to do some updates and a factory reset I finally was able to use it, however samsung notes still crashes. It seemed fine for the first month or two, but by the end of July and through august, the wifi just doesn't work, its now almost a constant disconnect. Even the 5g bandwidth doesn't show up sometimes. Making this almost unusable for any internet needs which is what I was hoping to start using it for. I would probably return it if I could, I guess its fine otherwise, it does what its supposed to do. It hasn't been buggy, but I feel like I could have better luck with a tablet instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
