Can't purchase a backsplash in Canada

I just got this last week and so far I really like it. The problem is that I can see the gap at the back where the tile ends. I would like to purchase a stainless steel backsplash. I find numerous suppliers in the US with this part but they do not ship to Canada. I have contacted Frigidaire Canada but they do not have this part. What's up with that Frigidaire?

Very poor oven

I bought this in Oct 2023. I had a deluxe (compared to this) oven. When I bake I am moving everything around. The bottom rack things gets to dark. One side browns well, the other not so much. I do not like the controls, the timer, the way you turn it on. Control center design is crap. I do not like this oven The cook top is fine. If I could return this I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Instant cloudy glass

I just got my gallery electric stove and right after the first cook, my glass has a large spot that is all cloudy. I purchased the proper pots and pans for a glass top. No liquids were even spilled onto the stove yet it left circular marks and cloudiness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lack of racks

Where’s the third rack??? Convection allows for more baking sheets at once but with only 2 racks you need to bake longer to get all your items done. Loved my older Fridgedaire Gallery convection with THREE racks.

So Sleek!

Bought this range just before Christmas. What a joy to use! Heats up so quickly and has cooked everything perfectly. Reheating items in the oven provides such an even temperature to the food. I love it!!

Love all the features it has to offer and its sleek cooktop appearance gives that amazing finishing touch to our new kitchen. Cooking our first turkey for Christmas was a true success, it turned out amazing and cooked just perfectly!

Reliable baking temperatures

I am loving this new oven. It has lock screens to keep children safe and it cooks our food so quick. The burners also are very efficient. It looks very stylish too.
