Not bad, but disappointing

I’m disappointed along with all the other customers about not getting a rack for the air fryer. I missed that in the reviews, so I also can’t believe the company is trying to milk more money for the rack. Most of the elements heat up quick as expected, except the largest one. I have to turn it “high” to what my previous stove was “medium-high”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I find my body triggers the electronic panel unintentionally.
I formerly had a gas stove so adjusting to glass top is challenging. The cleaning is considerably different.
Very important to not allow starchy water to contact when it’s hot so no boiling over.
I am pleased with its appearance and functionality.

Exactly what we were after

We purchased this oven a few weeks ago and have been testing out the features. Already made our own jerky using the dehydration function and the built in food probe helps to roast joints of meat absolutely perfectly. Electric ranges I've had in the past have been slow to heat up but this delivers heat to pots and pans very quickly. My one criticism is it takes some time to adjust to the cooktop dials where there is a inner and outer ring as there is less dial rotation and its harder to work out how much heat you want to deliver. You do work it out just be prepared there is a learning curve. All round excellent purchase we are very happy.

I think he convection works perfectly and the burners are nice and easy to use. I am looking forward to using the air fry and drying features. The size of the oven is amazing and using the convection mode more than one thing fits in nicely. The only down side is the storage drawer. It is quite small and that is because the oven is so large….which I love; but the drawer feels quite flimsy. It does hold my cast iron items though so as long as it stands up I’ll be happy.

I love this new range. It cooks evenly and my baked goods come out perfect. I use the air fryer option almost daily. I just love all the options.

Owned for a couple months now and everything works really well. Sometimes to well, the power button is easily turned on when brushing by it or cleaning.
