I have had no issues with this range. To date this is the best range we have ever had. Clear instructions. Everything cooks amazing. I definitely would recommend this range to others. I give it a rating for 10 stars!!

Good Range for the price!

We mostly only used the stove tops and haven't used the oven as much. But this has been good so far. My only pet peeve is the sensitivity of the touch screen. When leaning over it is very easy to activate the touch screen and it absolutely drives me insane. I know there is a lock feature but it is extremely annoying to activate and deactivate. Besides that everything else seems to be working as intended. I don't plan to use the "Air Fry" option in the oven as I have heard it causes a lot of smoke build up according to other owners. And I would rather not make a greasier mess inside the oven.

Disappointing.

The oven ventilation fan is very noisy. The oven vents into the kitchen and fumes are overpowering causing a smoke alarm to sound. The instruction manual mentions "smoke guard" with no amplifying information. Backlit knobs are too bright, making reading numbers difficult,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far it's a good thing

Still getting use to it. Stove top runs hotter than our last stove but we're learning. One issue is the number on the dial. I agree with the reviews that the numbers are extremely hard to read. I have to shield the number with my hand to read it. Other small issue is the door. When it it opened part way, it is very easy to be bumb and closed on you if you are reaching in to check on food in the oven. (not sure if the last part makes sense)

Enjoying my new stove

We have been using our convection stove for 3 weeks. This convection stove is very nice. I am most impressed with how it does not show finger prints easily.
I will warn people with younger children (grandchildren) that they can easily reach the buttons. Yes, when not in use it can be locked, but I am used to my 18 yr old stove with the dials on the back. My twin grandsons are attracted to the beeping and lights and it will take a while to deter them from gravitating to it the minute they come over. Because this is no fault to the stove, just the style I still believe it deserves a 5 star rating. I do really like the modern look of this stove.

A full featured stove….very nice

We’ve only had the stove for 2 weeks now but we are amazed at the things that it’s capable of doing. So far we have used the oven to air fry, convection bake and broil but I’m sure that we will try some of its other features in the near future.
One thing that we noticed about the oven is that it takes a little longer than our old stove to reach the set temperature. I think this may have to do with the fact that the burner is hidden on this stove vs the exposed burner that we had on our old one. The convection fan is very quiet but when we used the broil setting, a different fan turned on after a few minutes which we found to be quite noisy. My wife thought I had turned on the range hood fan!
Oven controls are pretty intuitive and we love that the oven light turns on when you open the oven door. The touch sensitive clock / oven control screen is very nice but can easily be activated by brushing against it. We haven’t accidentally turned on the oven yet but we are careful to check the screen if we hear it beep when we are nearby. The oven size is cavernous and could probably use another rack. We will see if we can purchase another one from the dealer.
Stovetop controls are also very intuitive although the knob backlighting is a nice classy touch, we wish that the backlighting could be toned down a bit as it makes it difficult to read the numbers on the knobs. The stovetop itself is very smooth and easy to keep clean.
All in all, we are very happy with this stove. A dimmer for the backlit knobs and another oven rack would make this perfect!
