Need lots of time to get it right!
on September 11, 2023

Have had this phone about 2 weeks now. It still is missing a lot from my old phone data. Lost a lot of information I had on file. It is difficult for me to get the sounds right. I have severe hearing loss from combat missions so the sounds need to be louder. Not able to find the right sounds to let me know what is important coming in and what I can ignore.

Phone is nice but I enjoyed my S9+ better
on October 4, 2023

Speakers and ring volume are much quieter than my last phone. The phone is very slow to connect with incoming or outgoing calls even after the call has connected. 5-10 seconds at least. Don't seem to have many options when isolating notification tones between apps.
Otherwise the phone is nice. Very fast and smooth. I did have to switch to textra app to allow me to have better notification options
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inability to manually change to 4GLTE
on March 2, 2023

We have a unreliable 5g signal in our area. However , it improves when you are on LTE 4g. The MAJOR flaw with the S23plus is the inability to manually change back and forth. If it whiffs any 5 g signal it will not auto change to 4g. That is a dealbreaker makes this a bad choice, fix it!

Got phone 2 weeks ago, still learning
on March 3, 2023

Still getting use to changes that are hard to get use to from moving from S9 to S23+.
My message, opening screen, deleting messages all have changed.
Love the erase feature in Gallery, love battery life, still have a lot of learning to do, but that what a new phone is all about.
I would recommend this to a friend!
