Installation took longer than expected. The instructions weren't the most helpful and the fitment of the bottom frame is not 100%. BUT once everything is put together, the grill works perfectly! The ignition starts up right away every time. I used the Napoleon smoker box to slow cook some back ribs and the grill maintained consistent temperature for the entire 6 hours! Very easy to control the heat, and the side burner is a nice bonus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing BBQ

Really very happy with my new Napoleon 425 grill. This one has a side burner unlike the offerings from other stores which do not have this feature. I like having a side burner for sauces or frying bacon for the burgers. The BBQ gets hot very fast and no problem getting to over 700°F, great for searing steaks, love the wave grill marks on steaks and burgers etc. Easy to assemble, pre-seasoned the cast iron grill as instructed, and food easily slides off the grill without sticking. The ignition system for this BBQ is simply awesome, fires up every time, best ignition system I've used. I'm extremely happy with BBQ and can definately see myself buying another Napoleon in the future.

Shelf with side burner is not foldable

Barbecue is ok, nothing special. This was the worst do it yourself project that I have assembled. Advertising product with false information contravened Canadian Competition act.
Shelf with side burner is not foldable. Folding side shelves allow this barbecue grill to be tucked out of the way for storage or fit into compact spaces, ideal for balconies and small patios is false information.

Good value for a decent price

Received a couple weeks ago. Have used it about 5 times. Has a good deep sized cooking area. Much bigger then it seems with the lid closed. I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a better bbq but wasn’t into spending a lot of money lol. Definable notice a difference in quality compared to cheaper brands. I found this in sale with free delivery and also a $75 off purchase promo on top of that. Was by far the best deal I could find. Very happy

Very well built. Nice even heat. Blocks the wind very well. The door doesn’t catch well. I will add an extra magnet. Worth the price.

Nice BBQ Lights easy Diagrams for instruction, fit as it should. No handle for moving BBQ - shelf with side burner, as handle. I don't have to move much.

It's sad enough those times when you have to assemble your bbq like it was cheap furniture. Even worse when the manual is not clear, the instructions don't match what's in the box, and on top of everything some of the pieces come defective. I have now to find a way to contact the manufacturer to solve the problem.
