Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only things I don't like are the bell is so quiet I can't hear it unless I am in the laundry room, and the door is very hard to open & close. I put some Vaseline on the clip, and hope that helps. Otherwise the dryer works as I hoped it would. I used the steam function when I let a load sit overnight, and it got rid of most of the wrinkles. I love the machine!

Has problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer will not completely dry on sensor cycles. Dries fine on timed. To think I git rid I f my trusty Samsung fir thus!

Dryer Troubleshooting for Long Dry Times: Key Checks
Heating: Check if the dryer is producing heat (run a heated cycle for 5 minutes and feel inside).
Venting & Airflow: This is the most likely cause if the dryer is heating.
Cleanliness: Clean the lint screen after every use and occasionally clean residue from fabric softener. The house vent line should be cleaned every one to two years.
Obstruction: Verify the outside exhaust hood is not blocked (must be 12" from ground/objects).
Condition: Ensure the vent is not crushed and is made of 4" diameter heavy metal material (not foil/plastic).
Length: Keep the vent run as short and straight as possible.
Cycle Selection: Use an automatic cycle for best performance. Note that the EcoBoost™ option will increase drying time by approximately 40 minutes.
Error Codes: An AF or "Check Vent" error code indicates restricted airflow/clogged vent. Touch any key to clear.

Looks are deceiving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer looks nice but it s cheaply made. When you shut the door you have to slam it to get it to latch and it sounds like a tin can. The lint trap drops the lint off and have had to already use my warranty for a technician to clean it out. I regret this purchase.

Dries great even jeans

Matag is the best the engineers should make a better connection system for the exhaust and something that locks in place. Clamps could be quick locking type. Instead of clamps. Design team make me one.mine is a short run and falls off when you move it. Still Matag is the best. Highly recommended by all my family.
