One month in and washer stopped working

I bought this washer a month ago and it stopped working and Maytag doesn’t have any service people to come fix in the next
28 days. What a let down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Maytag Top loader washer with pet pro option and I am in love!! This thing is amazing. The matte black with glass too is my favorite combo and it is super easy to keep clean. The inside is huge and can easily fit your favorite comforter with ease. I love how the inside has a water button to push so all your powder or pods can dissolve before adding your clothes. The pet pro option was a must have for me with 2 wry hairy dogs. My clothes have never came out more clean and with no dog hair. Lol. The options on this are amazing. I love how you can set the temp, load and size all with a couple of buttons. This is absolutely amazing. I highly, highly recommend!!

Maytag for the win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever Maytag appliance and I am extremely satisfied. I chose this washer for the pet pro option because I have a dog and there is hair on just about every machine washable item that I own. The pet pro option is great for removing and collecting the hairs from my items for easy disposal without worrying about it clogging the drains. This Maytag washing machine is super easy to use and i like that i can remove the agitator for larger items. This machine also has a built in water faucet to help with pretreating those stubborn stains.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Washer but a little loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great looking washer as well as great functioning. The Pet Pro option is fantastic for capturing dog hair (and other debris) very easily. Removing and emptying the filter is extremely easy. This has seemed to eliminate dog fir from our clothes entirely! The unit does seem to be a bit louder than we were used to, but still very tolerable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke within 1 month of purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seemed to be working very well as advertised, but then within one month of purchase began making grinding noises and was leaking water from the bottom of the unit. Repairmen couldn’t come out until a week later and said it would take two weeks to get replacement parts. Where’s the guy from the commercials?

The glass top was just a wonderful touch along with the color. The delivery people could stop talking about how nice this set was. I have a larger german shepherd an the hair man be everywhere an this set definitely works for my family bye bye pet hair yessss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is simple to use and does the job I expect it to do. The Pet Pro filter totally works. I was skeptical but it works. I only wish it had a cycle countdown clock so you know how much time is left in the cycle. Just something I overlooked when purchasing this washer. It was very nice to have on my previous washer. I am surprised that is just not standard on all washers built today.

Disappointing!

I thought This would be a great idea because we have 2 house dogs at aprox. 90 pounds each. This is not the greatest washer. I have lots of issues with flashing lights with no explanation of what they mean. If you use quick wash with pet pro, it takes almost 2 hours. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you are going to spend this amount of money on a washer, buy a speed queen!!
