[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a solid work horse so far. Seems to handle my large CAD, FEA, and CAM projects with zero issues.

This is the good laptop although the weight is too much but still can be carried.
As an architect working with BIM software for high-rise building, this is the final answer.
some con point for this machine, the screen will not smooth when you fast scroll mouse and in the battery saver mode, but it not a big problem because you will be always in the ultra performance mode. The battery quite short duration when compare with this machine energy consumption
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time buying a ThinkPad. All of my previous laptops have been Dell Inspiron's. We use those little ThinkCentre desktop computers at work and those things are pretty capable. So I figured the Lenovo laptops must be good to. Best decision ever, this laptop is a beast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] good performance but no battery life, its more like desktop system as it hardly runs for 40 mins on full performance setting and upto 2 hours on battery saver mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first real Workstation laptop. I built it to do 'everything' for college and astronomy data collection in the field for $2800. I chose the 12th gen i7 chip(55watt) with a 93Ah battery and took the 4GB GPU. Just browsing windows, it goes from 100% battery to 15% in 2 hours 45 minutes. This is not a failure of the laptop, its my ignorance. This workstation is designed to be truly powerful and mobile. If I had to order it again, I would have got a desktop from lenovo. I am currently waiting on my L15 workstation with a AMD Ryzen 3 pro chip (15watt) on a 57Ah battery, $1400. That should last much longer in the field away from an outlet. The form and function of my P16 is outstanding, enough to make me buy a second laptop from Lenovo to meet my needs. I think I will use these laptops for life.
