What's with Lenovo product and service quality?

1. Unit took almost 2 months to arrive although the unit was completed and ready to ship within two weeks. It sat on a Shenzhen loading dock for a whole month.
2. In less than 24 hours after receipt a key on the keyboard stuck rendering the unit unusable.
3. I now have to wait 5-7 days for a replacement keyboard to ship before a service visit will be scheduled.

The keyboard is the same size as my previous 14in X1s, it just goes almost edge to edge. The top cover is rock solid some special material. The high end lenovo computers have always lasted me at least 4 years, with heavy business use. I have no doubt this one will be the same.
