Why do you not warn customers of quickbooks

I have been a loyal turbo tax and QuickBooks customer for over 25 years. Why don't you warn customers when there version is obsolete and does not work with turbo tax. Extremely frustrating.

Turbo Tax was extremely slow to get the State form

I was extremely disappointed at getting the state form only a short time before the required filing time. I almost decided to purchase another product so I could complete on time.

frustrating to find State portion

I did the federal portion but the state I still can not get and it charged me a separate fee to get the state and will not let me do the state. Still do not know what i will do.
