Too many "glitch" errors filing a simple Trust

I have been using Turbotax for over 2 decades. Usually I am quite happy with the software, but this year there were 20 errors in my Trust return. All errors were because Turbo tax automatically repopulated some brokerage dividend accounts, even though they were not applicable this year.

Turbo Tax For Business is Easy to Use

In general, very easy to use via the Step by Step method. Turbo Tax for Business takes the complexity of business returns out of the equation and makes it easy to file simple returns for business. At times, the details of why you should or should not check a box, i.e. the tax law supporting the decision, can be lost and needs to be stronger to help those that need to know.

Extremely buggy year for TurboTax!

I went to file my LLC taxes in early Feb and the state tax forms were not available. I waited a couple weeks and tried to get back into the program only to have it error out after trying to update. Followed the manual update process and still didn't work. Had to uninstall and reinstall the program to finally get it to work. However I still cannot file state taxes after paying the $60 for the form...what a joke.

Gets stuck with errors but screen won't take input

Ran final tests twice as recommended, came back with "Congratulations! No Errors". Hit final "File my Returns" like dropping in mailbox. Came up with an oops message! Clicked to open error item needing an input. But, the filed is protected and won't take inputs. Had to struggle and toggle between GUI and Forms to finally get past errors. Error msg not helpful. It was a frustrating experiance because of the poor unimaginative design.

Need to fix unknow problem & stop repeated checks

You need to fix this Virginia 502A form problem. It has been in the system for years. Many people have lost many hours of their lives trying to figure out and work around this known TurboTax bug.

Also, I cannot stand doing all the reviews and checks, being told everything is ready, and then when I hit transmit it says there are otehr checks and incomplete information. This happens every year. Usually things like the date on the signature line needs to be filled in, even though it has already been done once. Just add a step "what signature date do you want" right before you efile.

I was concerned about other tax products sharing filer data with social media data mining; no reports of Intuit doing this. And, the product worked flawlessly making the license cost an excellent deal for Multimember LLC federal and state filing.
