Great for return preparation

This works great for return preparation, but you cannot e-file Form 7004 to extend your business return using this product. You must print out the extension and mail which is quite a hassle.

Turbo Tax Business is Awesome

Everything went smooth importing last year's data and filling out this year. I got stuck again on the disregarded entity section but managed to clear the problem and efile. IRC 162 stuff could use some better clarity in the program.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Tax Returns for Dummies

I filed an S Corp return using a Turbo Tax program I downloaded to my desktop. Completing the return was easier than I had even hoped. I did call and speak to Turbo Tax representatives to make sure I was providing the right information. Without exception, the Turbo Tax representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them.

Turbo Tax was quite easy to use, and had explanations for potentially confusing entries and subjects. It walked me through all errors I had made initially until they were correct. Efiling and paying my taxes online was easy to do. I'm happy to continue to use this product in years to come.

An expensive nightmare

Overall very disappointed. I paid for both turbo tax business and quick books for an entire year and still had a very difficult time. It was impossible to get help transferring my quickbooks online info to a format that could be used by turbo tax desktop. I spent hours on the phone with customer service representatives, of 8 representatives I talked to only 2 could actually answer my questions or help at all. When I asked for a manager to contact me I was told it would take an hour and it took 3 days. I am discouraged, my taxes are filed but at what cost?

Good but needs to import from QBO

It was easy to follow. But it still cannot read from QuickBooks ONLINE. That is a must if Quicken wants to migrate to online product.
