Absolutely no issues filing the federal 1065. Very Easy
But when I try to file the Kentucky PTE the software will not let me file electronically and I cannot figure out why. I have no overrides. So now I have to snail mail 60 pages.

Always issues when trying to file for Business

The product overall works well, until its time to file. Every year, I have issues. Sometimes the product lets you know the issue - waiting on forms, etc. Sometimes the product gives you generic error messages and tells you to try to update (even though its up to date). I have successfully sent my federal, but NYS wont send because TurboTax 'is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending'; whatever that means. NYS requires an E-File, so now I have to keep checking back for an update and attempt to send to NYS, keep looking online for help, or get on the phone for at least an hour and get a tech to help. Not my favorite.

I would never survive in business without this product, truly. I feel confident I am filing my required business tax return accurately and appropriately. I can sleep at night- Whew!!

TurboTax Second Year

The program was fine however it did not recognize my return from last year so I had to input everything manually. This is a huge waste of time. In addition, my building depreciation was not calculated and therefore not entered into my tax return. I had to go line by line in comparison with my return last year and ensure all the appropriate forms were filled. I was really disappointed. Last year, it was a breeze despite it being my first year of use and I was expecting this year to be even better with the importation of my previous return. Disappointed. Will give it one more year but if I have to manually input next year; I'm switching products.

Processing of Federal tax return work great, HOWEVER, the Colorado state tax return was not available and delayed twice before it could be processed. The form is straight forward, yet its delay caused later than desired filing.
