NYS Business return isn't working

Something is wrong with NYS Business return isn't working. Name on return keeps failing in the review process. All data is from last years return and federal works fine.

Needs user friendly interface when stuck

There is no easy way to get help if you are stuck in the process of filing your S-Corp Tax Return. I had to go to ftb website several times because I could not find information about NOLs. The software just tells me to delete prior years NOL without guiding me on which year to delete and what it means by deleting the prior years.
Apparently there is no support available for turbotax Business module, wherein you could chat with someone or call someone.

Good, but has some issues

Generally speaking, TurboTax Business seems to be one of the best products out there for a small business. It's easy to navigate, and has lots of helpful explanations. Two major concerns though: 1) because it rounds all entries, rather than retaining cents, there are inevitable rounding errors that get introduced, resulting in discrepancies of one or two dollars between different forms. There is no easy way to address these, and the return cannot be submitted until these differences have been resolved. This took me many unnecessary hours. 2) TurboTax Business is only available as a desktop product, while the rest of the TurboTax line is fully committed to going on-line. Because of this, TurboTax for Business is beginning to feel like an abandoned product line, rather than being a focus of TurboTax. There are no options for real-time support as with the on-line products, and it's difficult to find any support or product info on their web site, leaving support from other users as the only viable option.

Turbo Tax Business good but missing some functions

Overall Turbo Tax Business handled most of my LLP needs (form 1065 etc). However, it did not feed certain worksheets (e.g. 8283) back to the schedules and this made for a lot of effort to balance the tax books. The online help was not useful. I did call customer support and the agent was very helpful in resolving the problem.
