Problem with E-File

Everything is fine until I get to E-filing. Form 8453-PE no matter how I attach it, never works, and E-filing doesn't occur. Had the same issue for the last few years.

Needs to be compatible with Quickbooks Online

Turbotax Business needs to be compatible with Quickbooks Online and needs to be available on Mac OS or online so it doesn't matter.

Just too hard

It would not lead me to an upload screen for 1099-B. Requested help but suggestions did not work either. Just loaded the summary data. It said it would request a copy of the original 1099-B but never asked for it and it wasn't sent with the form.

Not a fan of having to update to a more expensive product to import business info from QuickBooks and the online version does not import tax lines when you move to the cloud so that is useless to. I will be looking into a new accounting package along with Tax software over the course of this year.

New Turbo Tax Business User

I have been using Turbo Tax Software for personal and small business tax returns and am very happy with the software; however, I was a little skeptical about the Business tax software. This software once again, did not disappoint. It was cost efficient and user friendly; however, it did help that I am tax accountant, so with a tax background, it maybe a little challenging, but there are helpful tools to assist you in the software.

TurboTax Business - Trust or Estate return. Sorry to have to say this but it SUCKS. I've used TurboTax for years with no problems. Death in family and I was tagged with doing trust estate taxes. Very user unfriendly and does not walk you through the steps or provide ready answers to questions or problems. Needs work!! Took several days to complete a simple trust estate form. The Missouri MO-RNF walk through was useless.

Much better than the other competitor

The other competitor tax preparation software for business taxes, does not make it easy. You are required by them to know what forms already you need to file, it was not work the money.
Although Intuit is slightly more expensive, it was easier and asked interview questions just like the consumer taxes product to make sure I was filing the right forms. This software also looks modern the other software looks so old and outdated. I'm glad I purchased TurboTax Business for my small business corporation filings!
