Great Experience - I moved from H&R Block

Well done TurboTax Team! I install and use a lot of software and often am disappointed with the experience the user receives. Your team did a great job for a knowledgeable auditor, but inexperienced tax preparer. The Block software was cumbersome and glitchy. Thanks again for your efforts - alan

Buggy and difficult to follow

The business classification codes apparently changed this year, and yet their tool to help you search for and pick the right code still has last year's codes. You pick a code and it puts the value in the field and then it immediately blanks itself out. You try and type it in manually and similar experience. There was no explanation for why it kept clearing the value. Only after searching the internet for the most up to date codes and typing that code in would it allow the value to stick. Later, I started an amended return with the software, but that process is super confusing. I'm still not sure what I'm supposed to do. There's other confusing pieces to it, these were just the two most memorable. Most of the process and forms are good though, I'm mostly satisfied with the product.
