TX franchise e-file doesn't work as of 02/22/2023

Frustrated that I cannot e-file my Texas Franchise report. It is the only reason I paid the $50..so I didn't have to paper mail it. I wish I could just get a refund for this extra fee I was charged.

Easy to use TurboTax Business

Straight to the point and takes all the guesswork out! I generally find it a bit difficult to know where to enter the breakdown of guaranteed payments to apply to specific LLC members to produce K-1s correctly - so I usually have to google that every year - but otherwise quick and easy.

Turbo Tax 2022

I found several of the questions very confusing this year which caused me to answer them incorrectly resulting in a Form being wrongly generated. Deleting that form was tricky to figure out. Another issue was on the CA Taxes: Turbo Tax did not pick up that we had already paid $800. estimated Taxes for year 2022 & I was going to be charged for it again. It was quite tricky to go back and find where the error was located.

Really not sure how to feel right now

I used TurboTax Business 2022 to file form 1065 for 2 LLC partnerships and produce Schedule K-1 for my personal returns. Its not always clear what product is right for the business owner, and usually takes me getting on the phone with a couple people just to get a consistent recommendation on the right product. Once that is figured out, then the rest of the process is usually pretty easy. The exception to that is if there is any kind of problem, then is really takes hours, and multiple people in online chat and on the phone to get things figured out. This year, I actually got the wrong advice more than once, requiring me to back track and start over several times, and spend unnecessary money on products that did not work. I finally finished today after hours of working through problems that were eventually solved by me and someone on the phone making semi-random changes until something worked, and neither of us understanding why.
