Major issue in last update!

I had completed my federal S-corp taxes with Turbotax in early February. Had to wait on state release before completing. During efile on 2/22/2023 I discovered 54 errors had been introduced into my previously reviewed tax return. Receive great help with customer service. Last program update messed up my tax return after I had previously run federal review (a couple weeks ago). Most errors were associated with special depreciation allowance questions on items with depreciation start prior the the special allowance and items that don't qualify for the allowance to begin with.. Required manual entry to questions on forms not addressed at all during completion of my tax return. Also, questions concerning shareholder number of shares that had never been asked during step by step. I relayed these issues to customer service rep

SOFTWARE DID NOT HAVE SMOOTH TRANSISTION TO PRINT AND REVIEW PA STATE FILING FOR MAILING AFTER THE FEDERAL 1120S WAS E-FILED. I HAD TO BACK UP AND RE-SUBMIT FOR PRINT MAILING. IT WAS CONFUSING AS IT FIRST WANTED TO PRINT ONLY 8 PAGES BUT FULL REQUIRED PA RETURN WAS 30 PAGES.

Trust/Estate Tax Return

Overall good experience completing the return and filing it. Detailed explanations of certain parts of the return were lacking, help feature sent me to answers posted by other users not to an authoritative expert response. For example, my return required attaching my investment company's 1099 Consolidated Tax Statement, however, there was no way to do that from within Intuit Turbotax Business. Another user suggested a work-around but it was not a perfect solution to the problem. Would rather have had a direct response from Intuit.
