USually Not a HItch but this time

For some reason the program would not accept the business activity code and thus we could not e-file this year. We had been spoiled. It added more time to the filing cycle. I hope Turbo Tax fixes this for next year.

Love the product, however I wish some of the confusion can be removed around what to send FTB and what NOT to send. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.

Simple to use!

It is hard to go wrong with Turbo Tax. It asks all the questions about your situation and then takes it from there. When using for business taxes it prefills info from the year before to make it less involved and so you can compare year to year entries.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Doesn't e-file to NY State

The balance sheet portion of the program is clunky. Was not able to e-file NY State. After using Turbo tax for over 25 years, this is the first really bad experience. They don't seem to invest enough in the business program.

Why isn't it available for a Mac?

I love Turbotax. What I hate is working with a slow, user unfriendly PC. I have a PC with windows 10. It is agonizing to wait and wait for it to do slow updates, and spinning circles. It took one hour to open Turbotax Business that I had been working on the day before. My Mac opened and updated my Turbotax Home and Business in a couple of minutes,,using the same internet speed. Please, please consider programming Turbotax Business for the Mac!!

Turbo tax is very easy to use, even for beginners. Home, business or both, you can do this. It takes you step by step with easy to follow instructions, a great help search bar and a customer service line if you need it. I have been using turbo tax for nearly 20 years and I will never use anyone else. Why change from simplicity? Thanks Turbo Tax. You have been great!
