There are areas that the program goes to the form version and asks for manual entry. This should become part of the interview approach.

TurboTax Updater is Defective

Unable to update software after installing and running initial update. The updater appears to create an *.rbf file in Forms and then complains to not have write access. I have tried disabling all antivirus, firewall, backup software, and running as Administrator even though I am logged in as an Administrator. The only method that I have found that works is to uninstall and re-install and then run an update. I have to do this every time I need to update. Note: this is the only software on my system that has an update issue.

Difficult to use

I kept getting errors that required I restart my computer. Some of the step-by-step box selections would not automatically update the tax form, if you accidentally made the wrong selection. In the future will hire a CPA, but I wanted to handle my first S-Corp returns on my own so I understand my taxes better. I thought TurboTax business would help guide me through it, but I feel like I would be better off doing it by hand.
