Turbo Tax is wonderful!!! - but keep ITSDEDUCTIBLE

I use Turbo Tax for Business. I really like how seamlessly the software moves through federal and state forms. The error messages are generally easy to follow. The carry over from year to year makes tax time a breeze. The tax experts are available quickly and provide excellent support even on specific business areas. I prepare 5 business returns and 2 personal returns and I look forward to tax season because of Turbo Tax.

Not impressed with the State program

I paid for the state program and after 20 attempts to efile with the state, I just gave up.

WHY CAN'T BUSINESS BE COVERED UNDER THE HOME & BUS

Why can't business be covered under the home and business version of turbotax?
I have to buy business to create the k1s and also buy the home and business version to cover stocks, interest, and dividends forms. Seems like home and business should cover everything in mho.

Better this year but State still has issues

State form still has issues to be able to e-file it. I remembered some workarounds from last year but really it should be fixed by now.

Hassle for Quickbooks Online Users

The software was easy to use but not being able to import my quickbooks online data was a hassle. This needs to be implemented in the desktop software or turbotax needs to create an online version of the small business software. It also suggested I buy and download a product I didn't need so I am out an extra $50. The whole reason I am using turbotax is because I don't know better, I felt taken advantage of in that regard.
Do better Turbotax people depend on you!

OK with some hickups

I spent am incredible amount of time to figure out a printing problem. One page "Depreciation and Amortization Report" in the Federal and state return did not allow me to print. I had to leave this page out to get the printing done.
