Fairly Easy to Understand

Good line of questioning to get to the end result. However, had issues with one particular error. For me it was hard to find where the error came from and the worksheet the answers/information were drawn from. Some items did not correlate very well. I couldn't find where my error was located and it almost seemed like a computer glitch.

TT like it but also hate it

every year since 2001 I have used TT, and every year since then I have had to go through so many hoops to continue...keep having to change user names and passwords, every year... sometimes I can find my previous filings, mostly I cannot.
I am kind of done now...looking for a good Cpa.

Turbo Tax - Great Product

We file Corporate Tax Returns and they can be very complicated! Turbo Tax walks us through each step with questions that are easily understandable. Additional information on many of the line items is also available, which can be a big help!

Very frustrating. Had to call Turbo Tax (TT )support to find the product to buy it. Wasted hours trying to find it on the TT site. The product is great, but your website is extremely poor. Why can't you list the products you have so a customer can choose it!.

Balance sheet is always out of balance and has to be corrected manually. General business carry forward form 3800 doesn't carry forward its worksheet information from previous years. Every year I have to enter the initial year, what its for, etc.
