The purchase online was a disaster

Purchasing online and attempting to download was a disaster. Never worked, so I spent the money to get the CD's and download from them....no problem. But now I have purchased the product twice, NOT GOOD

I have been using TurboTax Business for years. I have tried a number of options including ProConnect but still find TurboTax Business option to be the best. I also use the personal online TurboTax. I have been surprised that it has never been released to run on a Mac or online. I am glad that you are keeping this product and not discontinuing it however, I would love it if you would move to online or at least make it available on a Mac.

Too slow to implement IRS changes into the software and make schedule K-1 forms available for electronic filing. TT has several errors caused by poor programming. This requires users to have to "override" the values on the Tax FORMS. Example: a negative number is less than a zero number but TT programmers don't correctly program that and this causes a zero value to be entered instead of a negative value number.

Turbo Tax is a great tax software. It is easy to set up and download. It allows you to save your information from past years and upload it to the current year. They walk you through your taxes step by step. If you don't understand they have tax code and they explain it in terms anyone can understand.

I love Turbo Tax Business Software

This is the third straight year I have used it for filing my business (s-corp) taxes. It is the best user-friendly software which is being significantly improved overall year by year. This time too, it is absolutely amazing, helping me in every stage.
