Turbo Tax makes a simple process hard

I do not like turbo tax business because the program thinks it is smarter than the user. For those of us who understand the forms, we don't need the hand holding self quide that can't fill the forms correctly. I don't know why I keep using TurboTax

TurboTax Business is a great value

I have 3 small businesses. While the returns for all are quite simple, being able to buy one product to process and file all 3 for only $180 is a tremendous value. One thing is missing though: although SEP IRA is covered in the retirement payments section, solo 401(k) is not. This really should be added to the product (in my case, for multi-owner LLC with no employees) for future tax years.

turbo tax is fantastic program very easy to follow i am very happy that i decided to go with turbo tax this year as i have scaled back my practice and am only doing a few tax returns.

Turbo Tax is Easy to Use, but beware

Second year using turbo tax business for my business taxes. Great feature is it loads prior year returns, but only if you have the file on the computer you're using for your tax returns. So being organized when it comes to your taxes definitely makes this process painless. However, they still don't allow for online quickbooks to be loaded onto the tax return which can be tedious when you have to upload each item manually. But again, if you're organized, you shouldn't find this extremely difficult.
