TurboTax did a great job of explaining all the processes and requirements for the information I had to input. I would have appreciated more clarification on the balance sheet, but overall it was useful.

Turbotax has a Virginia Pass-through entity bug

I have hit the same bug for 4 years now. I get stuck on a worksheet that is not sent to the state but I can't get out of. In the past I added dummy data to get it to work. This year I found a work around that is definitely not kosher. Why is this not fixed?

I've been doing my trust return now for several years and so far no audits. I figure that is a good thing. I think the program is good but it's a little annoying that each time I enter the program, I almost always have to update. I guess I shouldn't be too annoyed since that appears to be the norm with programs these days. Thanks TT

I've struggled with TurboTax and other tax filing software for years because things just don't import the same as they are in my QuickBooks but this year everything went great which made my life easier. A+

there is always something wrong

While it is good to be able to file our return. I'm really tired of there always being some reason why our business can't file electronically. This year a city's name is too long. Not a fan of this software but at least we can file the paper copy.

This was the most difficult year to purchase Turbo

This year to purchase the Business Turbo Tax so that I could do my siblings' Irrevocable Trusts returns and K-1's was very difficult. Then to work my way throughTurbo Tax for their Trusts was way less clear than perhaps ever before. I was very frustrated and disappointed.
