I've been using TurboTax for DECADES. This version had a bunch of glitches with one of our partners. Required many overrides. Disappointed.

THE STATE TAX RETURN INSTRUCITONS CAN ONLY BE DONE BY AN ACCOUNTANT....I CAN MANAGE THE FEDERAL TAX RETURN, BUT THE STATE IS VERY UNFRIENDLY ASKING QUESTIONS THAT I CAN'T ANSWER....ZERO SUPPORT FROM THE STATE SW PORTION...THIS IS FORCING ME TO GO TO AN ACCOUNTANT INSTEAD OF USING TURBOTAX

Turbotax business is too rigid - frustrating
on October 16, 2023

Federal tax law allows small business owners with an LLC partnership under 10 partners and less than $250,000 in income to not have to file a balance sheet. Every year I try to efile my 1065 but it gives me an error because my balance sheet is not balanced as I don't do a balance sheet. There is no way around this error, and it forces me to file my mail. I've tried deleting the balance sheet forms but it just reappears, very frustrating.
