Turbo Tax Business is good

I like using Turbo Tax but please consider making the business forms available as a web-based program like I use for my personal taxes. Downloading to my laptop every year sucks!

very different and difficult....ny state return offered little help
i have no idea if the complete federal return was sent with my state return!! you made me attach form 8853 but what about the rest of the return!!! the instructions were bad...the balance sheet again took me hours to figure out.....

This is supposed to be for non professionals..to do their own taxes...should be a little more helpful in the return and user friendly....also needs to be a mac or online version.

What the heck happened to Turbotax? Turbotax used to be comprehensive in its instructions. Now, most instructions are vague and point you to some other external source. More than that, when there is an instruction or explanation, it is so vague or unclear that it is practically useless. We buy the product to help us, not to confuse us. We definitely don't want to work on the actual forms-- that's why we bought the product! Ask us the questions, comprehensively, and walk us through everything. We are paying good money for a software product that helps make our lives easier. What happened? I say this all as someone who has used the software since the late 1990's!

You should not have errors that pop up when the review is ran, when you did not ask during the step by step for the information. Makes me distrust the software a little.
