Don't get sucked in!!!

They do not bother to make any improvements or even fix their glitches. Save your time and money and go with another program!! Just look at how many "Frustrated" nicknames there are and they still do NOTHING to improve.

Business Tax Program Needs Improvement

I found the business tax program (for PC) to be very confusing/misleading. It was asking me to review/change things without giving an explanation as to why. Also, I opted for the State Tax Return add-on, and I e-filed everything but it never gave me the option to print or e-file the state return, and it took me a solid 30 minutes to figure out how to file the state return... it did NOT do it for me, nor did it ever give me the option to print the state return. I still don't know how to file it, and I just paid $55 for more confusion. Would not recommend until they make serious improvements

Glitchy, but fixed with update

I tried to get the balance sheet and other forms to balance but they wouldn't even though I knew the numbers were correct. Finally, an update was pushed through and fixed everything. Otherwise great to work with, glitches are frustrating.

Great Product for small business applications.

User for more than 20 years. Easy and flexible to use. Customer service is ready to help and offers alternatives when needed. I prepare multiple company returns, and TT for Business is capable. I have a problem with importing a specific company, so use of the direct input method works well. Would like to find out how to import the stubborn company file next year (2023). The password requirements can be a real problem. Have had similar situations occur through the years. Would recommend product to others.
