Nowhere to report bug

I have been using the software for 10+ years, and find it to be good in general. There are bugs but I usually can work around by editing the forms directly. I just wish we can report bug and track when it gets fixed in the next software refresh.
This is the first time I was unable to edit my state forms directly. As such I only e-filed my federal return, and submitted state return manually.

Good some difficulty understanding

Good Pretty straight forward. However, it could use better explanation of when various forms are needed vs just listing form numbers for you figure out the forms and if you need to submit them.
