Great tool! However difficulties may occur.

Have used Turbo Tax Business for several years. It is a great tool and may make the tax preparation experience a pleasurable one. We did encounter an error code this year when attempting to e-file. It was not possible to discuss directly with support staff, but it was resolved using the blog with a series of questions and comments by other users.

Turbo Tax Update doesn't work

Do NOT try an alternative tax return system!

I tried to save some $$$ this year by purchasing an alternative tax return system and was very dissatisfied. Removed it from my computer and got Turbo Tax. Should have just kept using Turbo Tax as I have for the last 15 years

business TTax leaves a lot to be desired

there has been no investment in trying to help with the K-1 items that have to be manually entered. There should at least be prompts for Line 19 etc.

Need tax expert, CPA to answer a few questions

The business version is good. If tax experts or CPAs are available to answer a few questions, that'd great. I don't mind paying for answering my several questions. However, there are only 2 options of support available for TurboTax Business: one is the expert do tax for me $1499; the other support is $739. They are too expensive for just answer my a few questions. If Turbo Tax can provide a reasonable priced support option: such as $300 for answering certain number of questions, that will be great.
