It doesn't appear that you can correct W-2 nor file them electronically if you are a business. It does not appear that W-2C are available for this.
While I believe that TurboTax for Businesses is GREAT for somebody who understands how to file taxes for a business, I do believe that a business owner is truly better off having an accountant (not say HR Block people who just mindlessly enter amounts) handle this for you, both to get it filed correctly, and honestly cheaper. TurboTax for business as well as TurboTax for individuals often comes close to hiring an accountant, if not exceeding it. They have separate charges for the software that may include your State forms, but don't tell you that they charge a pretty hefty fee for the electronic transfer for the state. This is also true for the individual tax forms. My suggestion is that you should use an accountant. However if you do understand tax accounting than go ahead and use this software. y

Improvement Needed

This review is specific to two products, TurboTax Home & Business and TurboTax Business. I've been a TurboTax customer for 25+ years, but growing tired of encountering the same unresolved issues every year. It doesn't appear TurboTax employees use the product since there are so many nuances/annoyances that aren't getting fixed and don't require feedback from customers to become aware of the issues. Just Google tax questions and include "TurboTax" in the search, you'll see how many topics need improvement. 1) There are numerous inputs that should be populated from the prior year transfer that I shouldn't have to track down.; 2) For me, tax year 2002 included a farm and equipment sale. Your step-by-step for depreciation is grossly inadequate. I ended up having to go to the forms to finish it myself.; 3) If I've already been through certain sections and I'm going back to verify/doublecheck an input, why do I have to go back through all the numerous screens of preliminary questions to get to the input, and in some instances, I have to "reselect" preliminary responses.; 4) My property sale was entered twice by the software which I was able to identify and delete since I had to finish using the forms rather than step-by-step.; 5) Several Q&A screens are circular ... they repeat or subsequently I get asked the same question.; 6) How many times do I have to say "skip state return", my address is in Texas and I responded that I lived in Texas for the entire tax year, yet the software is generic and unable to distinguish what's applicable. I'll be reviewing other tax software for 2023.

It was good and it is nice to not have to re-enter the company data and have the prior year for comparison. But there is bug in the software, and it never adds the new annual depreciation expense to the accumulated depreciation. So, it always shows the end of the year accumulated depreciation as the same amount as the beginning of the year depreciation amount.

Need MAC version for business

Great program but I had to go buy another laptop with a windows operating system just for tax purposes. Please work on MAC version!
