Importing Tax Documents should be Included

The program is like the personal tax filing software of many years ago. It would be a tremendous help to be able to upload documents from financial institutions. Most trusts have investments, and having to entire this manually is antiquated. I know that the IRS already has that info, so why can't it be imported here.

TurboTax Business Help Needs Help

I needed to file estate taxes for the first time. I found I needed the TurboTax Business software for that purpose. I loaded the software, worked through the forms but was having trouble saving the forms and completing the e-filing.
Twice I tried to call for help. The first call was answered by a help person from the TurboTax Personal Taxes section who did nt have access to business tax answers - but did her best.
Today, I tried to call again. This time, a person from TurboTax Products answered but could not see my forms of answer my estate tax questions.
The TurboTax Business software really needs its own help line number to provide efficient service and accurate answers and/or live help.
All in all, I DO appreciate TurboTax products.

Needs More Functionality

I use Turbotax Business for a trust. I am disappointed that Turbotax Business doesn't have the capability to import documents from brokerages, banks, mutual fund companies, etc. Also, it should allow you to be able to combine data for various country categories on the Form 1116. As in Turbotax for individuals, you should be able to combine all your RIC and Various country data so you can get it on one Form 1116 for e-filing. For the high price charged for Turbotax Business, it's surprising that it has less functionality than Turbotax's Individual products.

I have a small business so this works fairly well. I am disappointed in the lack of support for the old QuickBooks, they are trying to push the new QuickBooks with a monthly fee on you. I'm unimpressed with the state portion..

Software feels buggy this year

Overall experience was good with info on how to populate fields. However, there were several instances where it didn't feel smooth. I also didn't get any sort of notice that the Principal Business Codes had changed until I attempted to transmit the return. At that point, the system just said to read form 1120 instructions. A little concerned that there may be other updates missing leading to an incorrect return.
